We also helped review and complete the operations manual and safety manual and lineman training manual which will soon be sent to Energicity, the local mini-grid provider. It was a life-changing trip for Blake and Dwight as they trained the locals on so many different things and were hands on with cable splicing and climbing steel poles as they demonstrated how to troubleshoot and repair one of the 11kV delta mini grids that was down upon their arrival.Â
