Adams REC has joined the RESAP program which means we now have 100% participation in Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ and WV! Their first onsite observation will be scheduled for 2024. A notable change that leaders of Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ’s distribution cooperatives can expect for 2024 is a revamped leadership commitment which applies to each cooperative who is scheduled for an onsite observation in 2024. There will be two options to choose from, but we encourage all GM/CEOs to complete both. One option includes a video to help them engage their employees in the rationale of RESAP participation while the other option includes the leader taking a self-assessment of their safety leadership.
