For the first time, all 24 Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ cooperatives have an apprentice enrolled in the COLT program. This fall has been an extremely busy time at COLT, where 25 new hires began their COLT apprenticeship training, bringing the total number of new hires for 2023 to 35 when combined with the spring new hire group. For the 2023 calendar year, COLT will have 161 apprentices total in the program.
New for 2024, COLT will begin to send invites to past COLT graduates to participate in the Journeyman Refresher Program. COLT alumni who completed their COLT apprenticeship training 7 and 8 years ago, will be receiving their invitation to return back to COLT to now complete the JRP program with students they graduated their apprenticeship training with.  The JRP program will now consist of 5 classes to be taken over the course of the calendar year. Upon completion of the now 5 JRP classes, students will receive a certificate of completion good for seven years. The first Invites to come very soon.
